China Spooks Auto Makers

Beijing - China's goverment is considering plans that could force foriegn auto makers to hand over cutting edge technology to chinese companies in exchange for access to the nation's huge market. china has a 10 yr plan that will make them world leaders in developing and producing batetry powered cars and hybrids. I totally disagree from this, you have to be on drugs to want this to happen I dont want China to have anymore money or technology.
