India Funds Paying for Fee Change

Investores soured on India mutual funds after direct fee payments began, industry agents protested regulatory change last summer in New Delhi. The effect of this os that indian stock funds have nearly stopped. I am amazed how everything over thier is going down the crapper things are not looking good economic/sales wise all over the world. I guess for them things need to get worse than get better.
