Obama's space funding

Today in the Wall Street Journal it talkes about how Obama increased NASA's funding by 2% and he cut manned space flights.He wants to send robots into space rather than humans. I think this is the DUMBEST idea ever I mean astronauts contributed a major part to Astronomy. I can not believe we gave this guy a freakin Nobel Peace prize !!!!!!!
