Intro to Business-China Hunts for Tons of Tainted Milk Powder

The Chinese authorities say that they are trying to track down about 100 tons of tainted milk powder that has industrial chemical melamine that killed 6 children and sickened 300,000 people in 2008. I wonder if China still doesn't know why the world laughs at them for their know quality control.
